MINI Countryman Untamed Edition Off-Road Features

The MINI Countryman Untamed Edition features a 15 mm suspension lift, providing up to 19 mm of additional ground clearance depending on the market and powertrain. It rides on exclusive 19-inch Untamed Edition Spoke alloy wheels, with Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus tyres available according to regional specifications.

The suspension lift is offered across all variants in the US and Canada but is restricted to fully electric versions in Europe. All-terrain tyres are standard in North America, optional in Europe and available as aftersales equipment in other markets.

Optimised approach, departure and breakover angles, along with bespoke ABS, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and steering calibration, are designed to improve off-road performance. MINI ALL4 all-wheel drive enhances traction on applicable variants, while front-wheel-drive versions remain available.

With the optional tow hitch, towing capacity reaches 2,000 kg. The maximum roof load is 75 kg while driving and 300 kg when the vehicle is stationary.

MINI Countryman Untamed Edition Exterior Design and Colours

The MINI Countryman Untamed Edition features a vertically patterned grille, redesigned side sills, front and rear skid plates, and a revised rear diffuser. Matt-black protective graphics cover the wheel arches, side sills and bonnet power dome, complemented by Dark Steel accents and an Untamed C-pillar badge featuring a stylised mountain motif.

Five exterior colours are available: Hideaway Grey, Nomad Blue, Frozen Nomad Blue, Nanuq White and Midnight Black. Frozen Nomad Blue marks MINI’s first matt exterior paint finish offered in series production.

MINI Countryman Untamed Edition Interior and Equipment

Inside, the cabin features Vescin Nightshade Blue sports seats with knitted surfaces and Untamed detailing. Millennial Melange knitted dashboard and door trims, Dark Steel accents and Cornflower Blue highlights reinforce the edition’s distinctive look.

A redesigned centre console incorporates elastic straps inspired by outdoor equipment, while durable rubber floor mats and a matching luggage compartment mat add practicality for outdoor activities.

AUTOHOME Roof Tent and HELINOX Camping Accessories

MINI has partnered with Italian specialist AUTOHOME to develop a dedicated roof tent featuring a handcrafted hard shell, panoramic openings, weather-resistant materials and gas struts for quick opening. The accessory is designed to make overnight stays and outdoor adventures more convenient.

An exclusive HELINOX camping collection, including folding chairs and tables, further extends the MINI Countryman Untamed Edition’s outdoor appeal.

MINI Countryman Untamed Edition Engine Options

The MINI Countryman Untamed Edition will be available with petrol, diesel and fully electric powertrains, depending on the market. The line-up includes the petrol-powered Countryman C, diesel Countryman D and petrol Countryman S ALL4, alongside the fully electric Countryman E and SE ALL4.

The S ALL4 and SE ALL4 feature all-wheel drive, while powertrain availability, drivetrain configurations, ground clearance and equipment vary by market.

MINI Countryman Untamed Edition Price and Launch Date

Production of the MINI Countryman Untamed Edition begins in November 2026 at BMW Group Plant Leipzig in Germany, with market launches scheduled from early 2027.

In Germany, the Untamed Edition package costs an additional €4,700 (approximately US$5,265 / AED 19,340), including taxes, over the price of the applicable Countryman variant. This is the edition surcharge rather than the complete vehicle price.

Although the edition is intended for global markets, UAE and wider GCC availability, regional specifications and pricing have not yet been confirmed.

The MINI Countryman Untamed Edition expands the compact SUV range with market-specific off-road upgrades, distinctive design details and dedicated camping accessories, giving the model a more adventure-focused character while retaining its everyday usability.
