BMW Group-owned British marque MINI is strengthening its international footprint with two milestones in 2026. It has made its first market entry in the South Asian country of Pakistan with an all-electric range, while also returning to the Middle Eastern nation of Jordan through established BMW Group importers.
MINI made its Pakistan debut earlier this year in partnership with Dewan Motors, BMW Group’s long-standing importer in the country. Its fully electric line-up comprises the MINI Cooper Electric, MINI Aceman and MINI Countryman Electric.
The Cooper Electric combines compact proportions with MINI's traditional go-kart character and features a circular OLED display. The Aceman is a compact electric crossover, while the larger Countryman Electric offers more interior space, increased range capability and available all-wheel drive.
The launch was accompanied by a new BMW and MINI showroom in Karachi, designed according to the BMW Group's Retail.Next concept and combining digital touchpoints with personalised customer interaction.
MINI has also returned to Jordan in partnership with Abu Khader Automotive, BMW Group's official importer in the country since 2010. The brand previously opened its first showroom in Amman in 2012.
From August 12, 2026, MINI re-entered Jordan with its latest model generation, offering its familiar design and go-kart driving character alongside increased comfort, versatility and individualisation.
Abu Khader Automotive will provide dedicated sales and aftersales support, with the relaunch aimed at reconnecting MINI with existing enthusiasts while attracting a new generation of customers.
MINI says the two milestones underline its strategy of expanding its global footprint while focusing on electrification, digital innovation and individual expression.
