UAE-based SelfDrive Mobility has expanded its personal and corporate vehicle leasing portfolio through a partnership with Ali & Sons Škoda UAE, the brand’s authorised distributor. The collaboration introduces the 2026 Škoda Kodiaq as the flagship model in SelfDrive’s long-term digital leasing programme. The offering includes brand-new, zero-kilometre vehicles sourced directly from authorised dealership inventory. The partnership supports SelfDrive’s strategy to develop a scalable, dealership-led leasing ecosystem, connecting authorised distributors with customers seeking flexible access to new vehicles without the long-term responsibilities associated with conventional ownership.
Škoda Kodiaq Lease in UAE From AED 1,999 Per Month
The seven-seat Škoda Kodiaq Essence 1.4 TSI is available at launch prices starting from AED 1,999 per month, excluding VAT, on a fixed 12-month lease. Customers can also explore 24- and 36-month leasing programmes.
Power comes from a turbocharged 1.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 150 hp and 250 Nm of torque. The engine sends power to the front wheels through a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission.
Key features include 17-inch alloy wheels, a 10-inch digital instrument display, Škoda Smart Dials, dual wireless phone charging, driver-assistance systems and the Loft interior.
The all-inclusive monthly leasing package covers insurance, registration, maintenance and replacement vehicle support. By combining these services into a single monthly payment, the programme aims to reduce upfront expenses and avoid the resale responsibilities associated with vehicle ownership.
SelfDrive Targets More Than 1,000 Škoda Vehicles by 2028
SelfDrive plans to progressively expand its Škoda fleet across the UAE, targeting the deployment of more than 1,000 vehicles through its leasing platform by 2028.
The collaboration combines Škoda’s vehicle range and European engineering heritage with Ali & Sons’ dealership and aftersales capabilities, alongside SelfDrive’s digital infrastructure, distribution network and customer base.
The partnership also creates an additional distribution channel for Škoda in the UAE, with potential for expansion to more models, dealerships and automotive manufacturers.
Lakshmi Manoj, Chief Operating Officer at SelfDrive Mobility, said consumers and businesses in the UAE increasingly want access to new vehicles without substantial upfront payments, lengthy financing commitments or resale responsibilities.
She added that the partnership would help expand SelfDrive’s dealership-led leasing operations while supporting its target of deploying more than 1,000 Škoda vehicles by 2028.
Ahmed Fawzy Gabr, Brand Manager at Ali & Sons Škoda UAE, said the collaboration would make the brand’s European vehicles more accessible by enabling customers to lease the Kodiaq through a fully digital process.
