The new seven-seat SOUEAST S08 Luxury SUV arrives in the UAE with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, 8-speed automatic transmission, CDC active suspension, a swivelling 15.6-inch infotainment display and a full suite of comfort and safety technologies
SOUEAST UAE, exclusively distributed by Elite Group Holding, has launched the all-new SOUEAST S08 Luxury in the UAE SUV market, priced from AED 99,900 plus VAT. The new petrol SUV expands the brand’s growing UAE lineup, following the SOUEAST S08DM plug-in hybrid, and focuses on comfort, technology and family practicality. Test drives are now available across authorised SOUEAST UAE showrooms.
2.0-litre turbo, 8-speed automatic and FWD
The SOUEAST S08 Luxury is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 187 kW (254 hp) and 390 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel-drive (FWD) layout.
It features Cloud-Sense CDC active suspension, capable of up to 100 damping adjustments per second, with selectable Comfort, Normal and Sport driving modes. The SUV also includes Eco, Normal and Sport drive modes, supported by a 70-litre fuel tank.
Underpinned by MacPherson front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension setup, the S08 Luxury is tuned for comfort-focused family driving in urban and highway conditions.
Spacious SUV design with 20-inch wheels and LED lighting
The SOUEAST S08 Luxury measures 4,810 mm in length, 1,930 mm in width and 1,705 mm in height, with a 2,820 mm wheelbase, positioning it in the mid-to-large seven-seat SUV segment.
Exterior highlights include 20-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, a wave-style front grille, panoramic LED lighting signature, semi-hidden door handles and signature Cascading Waterfall LED taillights.
The rear lighting design features 434 LED elements and 12 horizontal light strips, enhancing visibility and brand identity at night.
Seven-seat cabin with swivelling 15.6-inch display
Inside, the S08 Luxury offers a three-row, seven-seat configuration with premium synthetic leather upholstery.
A key highlight is the 15.6-inch swivelling central touchscreen, which rotates up to 10 degrees for improved usability, paired with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster.
The infotainment system is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor and supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and voice control.
Comfort features include heated, ventilated and massaging front seats, a Passenger “BOSS Button”, crystal-style seat controls, panoramic sunroof and 50W wireless charging.
Rear passengers benefit from 1,006 mm of legroom and 1,451 mm of shoulder room, along with a foldable rear table rated for up to 30 kg. Cargo capacity reaches up to 1,780 litres with seats folded.
A 12-speaker premium sound system with subwoofer and power tailgate further enhance convenience and luxury positioning.
Advanced safety and driver assistance systems
The SOUEAST S08 Luxury comes equipped with more than 15 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), supporting Level 2 semi-autonomous driving capability.
Safety features include adaptive cruise control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Centering, Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Door Open Warning and Rear Collision Warning.
A 360-degree HD camera system with chassis view supports parking and low-speed manoeuvring.
Safety structure highlights include eight airbags, with SOUEAST stating that the body uses 85% high-strength steel and 20% hot-formed steel for improved crash protection.
10-year / 1-million-km warranty in UAE
The SOUEAST S08 Luxury is backed by Elite Group Holding’s ownership package, including a 10-year or 1-million-kilometre warranty, five years of roadside assistance, and three years of free servicing, strengthening its value proposition in the UAE SUV market.
