Bespoke 920 CV hybrid supercar revives Lamborghini’s Tricolore name after 15 years, combining Italian-flag-inspired detailing with an exclusive Ad Personam specification

Lamborghini has unveiled the Temerario Tricolore, a bespoke version of its latest High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), created to celebrate Italian craftsmanship, design and identity. Revealed at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week alongside the world premiere of the Revuelto SV, it is the first Lamborghini to carry the Tricolore name since the Gallardo LP 550-2 Tricolore of 2011. Designed by Lamborghini Centro Stile and finalised with its Ad Personam personalisation division, the car demonstrates how customisation can extend beyond choosing colours and materials to become part of the overall creative process. It follows two bespoke Temerario Ad Personam configurations shown at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed and arrives as Lamborghini celebrates the 20th anniversary of Ad Personam. Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann said the Tricolore brings together Lamborghini’s design, technology, performance and Italian craftsmanship while showcasing the individualisation available through the programme.

Tricolore returns after 15 years

The original Gallardo LP 550-2 Tricolore was created in 2011 to mark the 150th anniversary of Italian unification, using a dedicated Italian-flag stripe to celebrate the brand’s Made in Italy identity.

The Temerario Tricolore interprets the theme with a two-tone exterior. Blu Marinus Shiny covers the lower body, while Bianco Monocerus extends across the upper surfaces, including the upper sections of the doors and fenders.

Glossy Nero Noctis is used on the mirrors, wheels, engine cover, rear and upper sections, while red brake calipers provide a sporting accent. A dedicated green, white and red graphic on the bonnet directly references the Italian flag.

Lamborghini says Blu Marinus Shiny is a deep blue that reveals lighter reflections under direct light. Its combination with Bianco Monocerus highlights the Temerario’s rising profile from the front wheel arches, across the doors and towards the rear shoulders.

The contrasting treatment also emphasises features including its sharp front surfaces, hexagonal daytime-running lights, exposed engine and functional aerodynamic elements integrated into the body.

Bespoke cabin

Inside, Nero Ade upholstery is paired with Rosso Alala contrast stitching, while Lamborghini’s recurring hexagonal motif visually connects the cabin with the exterior.

Exclusive details include a Temerario silhouette integrated into the rear cabin trim and Tricolore lettering embroidered on the door panels. Lamborghini says the colours, materials and graphics were developed as one cohesive composition while retaining the Temerario’s sporting character.

920 CV hybrid V8

There are no announced mechanical changes. The Temerario Tricolore retains the standard model’s newly developed 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 and three electric motors, producing a combined 920 CV (677 kW).

The V8 can rev to 10,000 rpm, with Lamborghini highlighting its immediate response, continuous power delivery and distinctive sound.

The Temerario accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and Lamborghini describes its top speed as more than 340 km/h. The company’s technical specifications list an exact maximum of 343 km/h.

Rather than simply being a special paint scheme, Lamborghini describes the Tricolore as a complete design project in which its colours, materials and details were developed together, showcasing the broader capabilities of the Ad Personam programme.

Lamborghini has not announced pricing or a production limit for the Temerario Tricolore.
