Dubai Police, renowned for its fleet of some of the world's most luxurious and fastest supercars, unveiled the JETOUR G700 at Al Marmoom Oasis on 25 October 2026 as part of a collaboration between its Tourist Police Department, under the General Department of Criminal Investigation, and JETOUR. The four-wheel-drive SUV will support security operations, emergency response and visitor assistance at desert tourism destinations, where activity typically increases during the cooler months, particularly on weekends and public holidays.
The unveiling ceremony was attended by Colonel Mohammad Abdulrahman, Director of the Tourist Police Department; Abdullah bin Khadeya, Chief Executive Officer for Strategy, Partnerships and Government Relations; and Major Saeed bin Ghadeer, Head of the Tourist Trip Programmes Monitoring Section.
Colonel Abdulrahman said the partnership reinforces Dubai Police's commitment to maintaining a strong presence at tourist destinations and providing visitors with a safe experience.
He explained that the new patrol vehicle is expected to help officers respond more efficiently to emergencies, assist tourists and address enquiries during the busy winter season.
The collaboration supports efforts to strengthen police visibility in tourist areas, improve emergency response and ensure visitors can access the assistance and services they need.
Colonel Abdulrahman highlighted the importance of deploying vehicles capable of navigating sandy tracks and challenging terrain, particularly at remote tourist locations.
The JETOUR G700's off-road capabilities are expected to improve accessibility and operational efficiency as visitor numbers increase. He also emphasised the value of partnerships with automotive manufacturers in strengthening field operations and public safety.
The JETOUR G700 features a plug-in hybrid powertrain combining a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, two electric motors and a 34.13 kWh battery. The system produces a claimed combined output of 665 kW (904 PS) and 1,135 Nm of torque.
With four-wheel drive, the SUV can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in a claimed 4.8 seconds, according to JETOUR. The combination of hybrid power and off-road capability makes it suitable for patrol duties across demanding desert terrain.
The JETOUR G700 joins Dubai Police's extensive collection of luxury and high-performance patrol vehicles. The fleet includes the 920 hp Lamborghini Temerario, introduced in October 2026, the Ferrari Purosangue, a Mansory-modified Ferrari 812 Superfast, the 610 hp Mansory Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a 720 hp Mansory Mercedes-AMG G63.
Other vehicles include the Tesla Cybertruck and Land Rover Defender HSE P400. Beyond their operational roles, these distinctive patrol vehicles help increase police visibility, encourage engagement with tourists and support public safety at popular destinations across Dubai.
