High-performance Shelby vehicles to go on sale in the UAE

The move follows an exclusive distributorship agreement between Al Tayer Motors and Al Najdiyah General Trading (Shelby Middle East), which will see the full range of Shelby-modified Ford vehicles, including well-known Mustang variants and Shelby trucks available across the UAE through its well-established network of showrooms and service centres.

The Shelby Range

The first Shelby models in the UAE are set to arrive from September, led by the Shelby Mustang Super Snake. It comes equipped with a Gen 4 Ford Coyote 5.0-litre V8 engine paired with a 3.0-litre Whipple supercharger, delivering the extreme performance Shelby is known for.

The wider lineup could include models like the Shelby Super Snake-R, Shelby GT350/TA, and Shelby GT350, along with a range of high-performance Shelby trucks such as the Shelby F-150, F-150 Super Snake, Baja Raptor, and F-250 Super Baja. This gives enthusiasts in the UAE a wider mix of muscle cars and high-performance pickups to choose from.

Upgrade Programmes and Aftersales Support

Shelby’s return to the UAE through Al Tayer Motors is expected to enthuse collectors and muscle car fans. Along with the latest Shelby vehicles, customers will also have access to certified upgrade programmes, genuine parts, and dedicated aftersales support backed by trained performance specialists. The brand is also likely to introduce exclusive launches and community-driven events, with more details expected closer to the official debut.
